Assisted Stretching
You will receive manual assistance and guidance from our personal trainers as they assist you in stretching to improve your flexibility and range of motion. In order to meet your specific needs and goals, we will customize the assisted stretching program. You will be assessed by your coach based on your current level of flexibility, any injuries or limitations you have, and your overall fitness goals.
An assisted stretching session involves your trainer guiding you through a series of stretches while using their own body weight or resistance to help you achieve a deeper stretch. Based on your needs and goals, he or she will focus on stretching specific muscle groups.
